Money is the root to all evil- I definitely agree that money really has an impact on people and how the act sometimes. Money to a lot of people is like a prize. The ways people react when in need of money are scary and horrifying at times. When people are corrupt and all they think about are drugs and how they're going to have enough to pay for them, it's not okay to be in there path. They'll do practically anything and everything to get the money they need to satisfy their "needed" high. I've personally seen a couple people at their worst when it comes to drugs and money. They'll hurt the ones they love and continue going about their days as long as they have what they "need" in hand. They see it as though they aren't hurting their loved ones or scaring randoms on the streets when they walk by tweaking because they couldn't get the money. When it comes to money and drugs, they will steal from their loved ones and from randoms on the street, they'll be apart in acts of violence if it means there will be a price for them afterwards. I'm not saying that it's all the drugs fault. I'm saying it's both money and drugs. You need money to buy the drugs. The more money you have, the more you can get, and the harder and higher drugs are more available as you bring more and more to the table. Drugs are a problem, but money is where people really turn into "psycho's." No money, no drugs. That's when things turn bad. There are plenty of reasons why money turns people into greedy, selfish loners. Money is literally the key to everything. No money, no anything. That's how the world works. I don't completely understand why money has to have such a great impact on how people act towards others, but it does. The richer you are, the higher class you're in. The less money you have, the lower class you're in. It may have something to do with the class you stand in based on money, which to me, is so beyond ridiculous. I don't like have classes that decide where you are in the world based on me. It divides a lot of people and it's so irrelevant. Having a lot of money is a good thing, yes. But, I personally feel that I'd rather have less money than anything. It gives you more of a perspective of how much you really have in the world and what you do and don't need. It helps start you off less greedy and less selfish. You learn to see things in different ways, along with people. What makes people so greedy and selfish in "higher" classes, is money. That honestly needs to change.
