Thoughts on pooping- One implication of Zak Jason's treatment of pooping in the dark, without a phone or anything in hand is that it releases endorphins and can help with a proper rate of exit. Zak observes that it was like an immediate release when pooping in the dark. His point is that pooping with your phone in hand is threatening. He states, "Smartphones only make things harder, threatening bowel, rectal, and mental health, along with hygiene." I agree that pooping with your phone in hand doesn't exactly help you get it out and over with as fast, I haven't pooped in the total darkness and without my phone before, but my experience with pooping while on the phone only prolongs things and you end up sitting there far longer than you need to, so that confirms it. I personally don't think we should be using our phones while on the toilet but it's so much of a habit for me to have my phone in the bathroom, that I will turn around and go and grab it. It's like I can't poop without it. Of course, many will probably disagree on the grounds that pooping without your phone is dumb, so it may just take more evidence to convince everyone to really stop and not use their phones while on the toilet.
